How will they know unless someone tells them? The biggest part of discipleship is resourcing. Your ultimate goal is to create a person who can multiply the process and can become a sufficient leader. But here is what we often do (that is if we are making disciples). We create people who are dependent on us. When they have a question, they ask you. When someone else has a question, they ask you. When they need prayer…..you get the picture. This is not to say we should have a hard cut off time for relationships with those we disciple but that disciple should become increasingly adept to handle the Word and serve as a leader in their communities.
Here is a list of resources that will assist you in becoming a disciple and equip disciples. You are welcome!
